FitLift is an exercise tracking application that incorporates some of the most popular workout routines: Stronglifts, Starting Strength, and Ice Cream Fitness.
FitLift enables you to save all your workout data and view it in a graph, so you can see your own progress. It also features a rest timer so you can time your exercises exactly according to the workout plan.
How it works: Start up the application when in the gym and select "New Workout". After selecting the workout that you want to do, the workout screen will show. The white bubbles on this screen indicate the amount of sets and reps that must be completed. Tap the white bubbles when you complete a set. If you fail a set, tap the white bubbles multiple times to show that you have failed a set.
Upon successful completion of a workout the app will increase the weight you are lifting.
